Join our growing team as an Associate Network Engineer and play a key role in managing and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure across wired and wireless networks, servers, storage, virtualization, firewalls, and VoIP systems. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career across diverse technologies and infrastructure platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, and network security infrastructure using technologies from vendors such as Aruba, Huawei, Cisco, FortiGate, Dell, and HPE.
Provision, configure, and support switching, routing, and wireless systems.
Manage and monitor firewall policies, VPN configurations, and network security (preferably FortiGate).
Provide support for VoIP systems and unified communications platforms (preferably Avaya & Mitel).
Assist in managing virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage systems.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure high system availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Maintain and update system documentation, network diagrams, and configuration standards.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in networking and IT infrastructure support.
Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking concepts including VLANs, routing protocols, and wireless technologies.
Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Familiarity with firewall and VPN management (preferably FortiGate).
Working knowledge of VoIP deployments and PBX systems (Avaya or Mitel preferred).
Basic to intermediate understanding of server and storage management.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and document technical processes effectively.
**Preferred Certifications:** CCNA / CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Aruba / HPE Networking, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent.
